POTSDAM -- Approximately 70 people attended a Monday ribbon-cutting at 3 Bears Gluten Free Bakery.
The bakery opened in January, but celebrated the new venture in Monday with live music, food samples and guests.
The bakery produces gluten-free goods.
Local musician Barbara Heller performed. Visitors included village government representatives, officials from the Small Business Development Center and Potsdam Chamber of Commerce members.
