POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Food Co-op's 3rd Thursday Sampling will be held Nov. 16, from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Available to sample will be traditional stuffing, created from bread made in the Co-op’s Carriage House Bakery and baked in its wood-fired oven.
Also being offered are glazed carrots; slow roasted fresh local carrots made with a glaze of local maple syrup, butter, herbs, and spices.
Both of these “Thanksgiving Sides” are a delicious addition to any Thanksgiving table.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
