POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its 2015 Business of the Year Award.
The award is presented to a Potsdam business that has excelled in improvements that enhance the community, increases in the volume of economic activity, growth in employment levels in Potsdam or excellent customer service.
“Anyone can nominate a business,” said Chamber Executive Director Marylee Ballou.
Ballou said a nomination form is available from the chamber. Those that nominate a business can also submit additional letters of support as well as support documents to strengthen the nomination.
The chamber’s membership committee reviews all nominations and the chamber board approves a final award recipient.
The award is presented at the chamber’s spring lunch, held in May.
The deadline to submit nominations is 4:30 p.m. April 8.
