POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber officially held a ribbon cutting on Jan. 25 at Soul Waffle, 57 Market St.
Owner Kristen Austin expressed how happy she is to be a part of this community.
They have had great support so far. Soul Waffle sells Liege Belgian waffles, sandwiches, salads and drinks.
They are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.
“The menu will change periodically, as we discover and create new combinations…we are always looking for new things to put in a waffle iron that will make a great meal,” owner Kristen Austin said in a news release from the chamber.
