POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber “Five Meals Raffle” for a package of gift certificates donated by local businesses has begun.

Raffle tickets will be $5 each or five for $20 through April 1.

“We will award five lucky winners each a collection of five gift certificates, one certificate from each of five different locations in Potsdam," said Executive Director Marylee Ballou. “That’s a great deal when most of these certificates are at least $10. We appreciate the support of the businesses that have donated this year.”

Collections include:

• #1 Subway, Between the Buns, Foxy Roxy’s, Potsdam Food Co-op, and Main Street Chocolates

• #2 Subway, Ponderosa, First Crush, Potsdam IGA, and Arby’s

• #3 Jreck Subs, The Lobster House, McDuff’s, Chilly Delight, and Arby’s

• #4 Subway, The Village Diner, Pizza Hut, Asian Buffet, and Hot Tamale

• #5 Subway, The Hop, Eben’s Hearth, Arby’s, and Main Street Chocolates.

Winners will be assigned a collection randomly.

Tickets can be purchased at the Potsdam Chamber office, 24 Market St., or from a chamber board member.

All proceeds will benefit chamber’s events like Summer Festival, planned for July 10 to 12, and Fright Night, Oct. 23.
