POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce will officially welcome The Hop, 3 Market St., as a member business with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
The Hop is a 1950s-60s style diner serving breakfast and lunch (8 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.) every day. They have late night hours Wednesday through Saturday (10 p.m. to 3:30 a.m).
The ribbon cutting is part of The Hop’s three-day grand opening celebration, which runs Friday to Sunday, Sept. 13 to 15, with food specials and prizes daily.
