POTSDAM -- The North Country Regional Economic Development Council meets at SUNY Potsdam today to present their draft plan and get public comment on it.
Lt. Gov. Robert Duffy will be back in Potsdam for the meeting.
The session, in the Barrington Student Union, opens to the public at 11 a.m., when the plan is to be presented.
The NCREDC is one of several such councils in the state that are developing plans to use state aid money. The grants will be awarded on a competitive basis.
