NICHOLVILLE -- The state Public Service Commission has commended Nicholville Telephone for “excellent telephone service quality provided during 2012.”
Since 1988, the PSC, now a division of the new State of New York Department of Public Service, has publicly recognized phone companies that provide excellent service.
To be so recognized, a phone company’s customer trouble report rate (CTRR) and trouble reports per hundred access lines (RPHL) must be superior, and there must be .075 or fewer complaints per thousand lines, per month.
This marks the 16th consecutive year that Nicholville Telephone has been so recognized.
