POTSDAM -- Aaron E. Fuller, DO, family medicine physician, will join Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Primary Care practice at the Helen Snell Cheel Medical Campus, 49 Lawrence Ave.
He will begin seeing patients Friday, Nov. 8.
Dr. Fuller completed his medical education at the College (School) of Osteopathic Medicine of Pikeville University, Pikeville, Ky., and completed a residency in family medicine at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in Patchogue.
Fuller has extensive training in all areas of family medicine, with an emphasis on emergency and nocturnal medicine, which is a hospitalist subspecialty defined as care of hospitalized patients over night-time or weekend hours.
Fuller has subspecialty interests in mental health, substance abuse, and care of athletes.
Prior to completing his medical degree, Fuller earned an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and nutrition and was a member of the varsity golf team at Florida State University in Tallahassee.
Fuller comes to CPH with extensive experience in electronic medical records and issues related to continuity of patient care.
Fuller has joined CPH simultaneously with his fiancée, Claudia Meneses, NP, who is a women’s health specialist.
