MASSENA -- BD Entertainment, a small party service business in Malone, recently launched a new indoor party store in the St. Lawrence Centre Mall where children can bounce in jump castles and houses.

Located adjacent to Sears, BD Entertainment offers four full-sized jumping units in a climate-controlled location, as well as a private party room, a toddler toy room, and a waiting area for parents.

“Winters here are long, and even in the warmer months, the weather can be unpredictable,” said owner Bill Delarm, a North Bangor resident. “BD Entertainment has been offering bounce units since 2006, but it was always limited by the weather or the availability of indoor spaces large enough to accommodate the units. We wanted to make the fun available to everyone!”

On weekends or during school vacations, when the facility isn’t booked for parties (check our schedule online at www.northcountryfun.com), shoppers can “Drop-n-Shop” for $5 an hour. The staff at BD will supervise children while they bounce, and parents can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience.

“We wanted to give people a safe and secure place for their children to play,” Delarm said. “Our bounce houses are the perfect way to combine fun and fitness. Most of the units have 360-degree mesh windows, so parents and spectators have a clear view of the fun.”

The entire facility can be booked for birthday parties and special events. BD Entertainment can accommodate up to 30 children. Currently, two different party packages are available.

“You can bring your food and decorations, or you can have us take care of everything,” Delarm said. "We assist you in any way we can. We'll go to your car and bring in the food and the presents, and serve the drinks at the party. We make it as stress free as possible. That gives our customers the ability to have a wonderful birthday party without the fuss and mess. We do all the work."

BD Entertainment currently has a total of 12 inflatable units, including three that include water features for summer fun, and all of them can be delivered to locations around the North Country. All units are cleaned after every event and daily at the store, at minimum. Our attendants have years of experience monitoring their usage, as well.

“Whether it’s at our facility or the location of your choosing, we want to provide a good time in a family-style setting,” Delarm said. “It’s always our goal to provide safe fun, and we work hard to ensure all of our customers are happy and feel valued at the end of their event or visit to our facility.”
