SOUTH COLTON -- Mike’s South of the Rock, 3927 State Highway 56, will be closing at the end of September.
Owners Michael and Linda Pratt said that it was time to settle down and retire.
“We would like to say thank you to all of our customers and friends for the support and fun over the last four and half years,” the Pratts said.
The inn, in the old South Colton Hotel next to the post office on State Rt. 56, was a bar and restaurant that was open from every day except Tuesday with dinner options and bar food.
The decor included lots of informal photos of spots in Canton, Potsdam, Parishville and elsewhere, and fresh flowers every day.
They will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. until they close. The bar is open every day through closing.
