MASSENA -- Ogdensburg’s Town and Country Veterinary Clinic is in the process of buying the former Ponderosa.
The sale will close “probably in mid or the end of August,” said realtor Michael Kassian.
His company, Kassian Real Estate, is listing the 5,500 square-foot property at $650,000. He would not divulge the final sale price.
The building’s owner, American Realty Capital Properties Inc., decided to not renew the lease for Homestyle Dining LLC, which operated the Ponderosa. The restaurant closed Oct. 6 and the building was put on the market.
Town and Country operates clinics in Ogdensburg and Potsdam.
Owner Dr. Jack Zeh was out on the road doing work and not available for comment.
