MASSENA -- Massena Zen-Do Kai is changing its hours.

Classes will still be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Massena High School auxiliary gym, but the junior class will start at 6 p.m. to ease the after-school and work rush at home. Adult classes will start at 7 p.m.

Prices are the same, starting at $25 a month for a single junior, with a family group rate.
