MASSENA – Massena Memorial Hospital will dedicate its new medical office building across from the hospital at maple Street and West Avenue with a ribbon-cutting at 2 p.m. May 7.
The first phase of the total $3.9 million development includes offices for doctors of gastroenterology, neurology, family medicine, general surgery, and wound care.
There will also be a phlebotomy center, conference room, and a patient and visitor waiting area.
The facility will have two levels. The top level of the building will accommodate 10 to 12 medical practitioners. Entrance to the facility will be from Maple Street.
The second phase will include room for future physician needs on the lower level, which will have a separate entrance which faces the Grasse River. The medical suites will be built to the providers’ specifications.
Refreshments and tours will follow the ribbon-cutting.
