MASSENA – The Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its new home at 16 Church Street with an open house and business after-hours event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7.

There will be snacks, refreshments, music, door prizes, a raffle and Cape Air ticket giveaways.
