MASSENA -- The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the Gert Jurkovich Commitment to the Community Award and Business Leadership Award.
The Commitment to the Community Award recognizes an individual, business, or group that best exemplified Gert Jurkovich’s dedication and zeal for the community she worked to promote.
The Business Leadership Award recognizes a person who runs a successful business and shows exceptional service to the community, respect for employees, and dedication to customer service. Employees are welcome to nominate an employer.
Nominees must be members of the Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce. Nominations must be received in writing at the chamber office, 16 Church St. by Friday, Feb. 28.
All nominations must include the name of the award, the name of nominee, the business name (if applicable), and why they deserve the award.
Winners of the awards will be honored at the Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce annual dinner Thursday, April 3 at the Knights of Columbus.
