POTSDAM - Health Services of Northern New York, Inc. (HSNNY) was one of 47 New York State home healthcare agencies named on the 2011 HomeCare Elite, a listing of the top tier home healthcare agencies in the United States, and also one of only two home healthcare agencies north of the Syracuse/Albany region named on the list.

The HomeCare Elite names the nation's top 25% of homecare agencies based on the agencies' quality of care, quality of improvement over a one year time period, and financial performance in comparison to other agencies in the same state and in the country. The list was determined through the use of publicly available data.
