POTSDAM – Associate broker Janet Brown recently joined the staff at Nikki Coates & Associates, 30 Main St.
Brown is a formed broker-owner of a local franchise for the past 15 years and chose to continue in the real estate field after her partners retired.
“I really enjoy working in the real estate and staff at Nikki Coates & Associates has been very welcoming. This was a good choice for me,” she said.
She says she feels fortunate to be working with Niki and her efficient and service-oriented staff.
“I find this job so rewarding, especially when your buyer finds the right home or when your seller client is finally able to move forward after a successful sale,” she said.
Brown has spent over 23 years as a real estate professional, is a native of Potsdam, and has lived in Hannawa Falls for 22 years.
“The happiness and relief that clines experience as a result of my personal investment of time and attention to that successful closing is very satisfying.
