OGDENSBURG -- The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce honored its Citizen of the Year at its annual dinner Friday evening at the Gran-View Restaurant with over 220 people attending.
Thomas E. Hannan, Sr. was awarded the Citizen of the Year Award for his many contributions and service to many groups including the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club, St. Mary's Academy and Bishop Conroy Schools and the Ogdensburg Lions Club.
Tom "Scratchy" Hannan was the vice president/branch manager of the North Country Savings Bank in Ogdensburg for 47 years.
