GOUVERNEUR – A Gouverneur firm has won a state contract to do the electrical work on a salt storage building in Hailesboro.

The New York State Office of General Services announced Thursday that the $29,000 bid from Empire Northeast, Inc. was the apparent low bid among five eligible bids.
