MASSENA -- The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce and SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center offer a free workshop on marketing and brand management from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the Hawkins Point Visitors Center on Robinson Bay Road.
Whether in the early stages of startup or developing into maturity, marketing and branding are two essential elements to success.
This workshop can help market a business effectively by examining who the customers are and what may be the best way to reach them. Topics covered will include: knowing a customers through market research; defining your target market; what is branding and how can a business benefit; how to build a brand; and how to identify the right marketing vehicles.
This workshop is being presented by SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center Business Advisor Michelle Collins. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Massena Chamber office at 769-3525 Before Nov. 14.
