POTSDAM – The grand opening of Good Times Party Store, 57 Market St., will take place Saturday, Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Free balloons, rubber wrist bands and eco-friendly shopping bags will be available and free hot dogs and drinks will be served.
Drawings will take place for a $50 gift certificate. There will be two other drawings for $30 in merchandise.
The official Potsdam Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting will take place at 11 a.m.
The store offers party and celebration supplies, including balloons, colorful paper plates and napkins, wedding inventory, greeting cards and wrapping paper, and party trinkets.
