MASSENA -- A Massena photographer has expanded his business and moved to a new Main Street location after a successful first year.
Nathan Lashomb, of Forevermore Studio, said his offices are now located at 63 Main Street near Mojo Rising Tattoo Shop. Previously, he ran his photography business from the basement of his home.
"I've been looking for a new place for a while. We started in my basement, but we had an 8-foot drop ceiling," he said. "Being at the house was nice, but there was a lot of limitations. There are a lot of things that work against you."
Lashomb said the new location features high ceilings as well as more room to shoot in.
"Now its an open office area with plenty of room." he said.
Lashomb said the new location is also a big improvement.
"We were located over on Bishop Avenue, but it was hard to explain where we were. Now we are on Main Street.
Lashomb said the studio is currently open on an appointment basis, but he expects to have concrete office hours in the near future.
"We are hoping to have a grand opening event in February," he said.
Lashomb said his business has been open for about a year, but he has practiced for photography as hobby for most of his life.
