Potsdam Coop to close for week of April 19 for work

POTSDAM – Construction and renovation to the Potsdam Food Coop, 24 Elm St., are due to start Sunday, April 19, so the store will be closed that week.
Member volunteers will be sought for a variety of tasks, such as moving products out of the building and into storage, cleaning, wall preparation and painting. A sign-up sheet for volunteers is posted in the Coop.
While the store will have to be closed during the week of construction, the Carriage House Bakery will continue to operate. Baked goods will be available for purchase at the bakery, behind the Coop.
