MASSENA – The Massena Chamber of Commerce dinner, is at Dar’s Place, Main St. & W. Orvis, Thursday, Feb. 17.

Cocktails are 5 p.m., Marc Compeau of Clarkson University’s Center for Entrepreneurship speaks at 6:15, and dinner is at 7.

There will be awards and a live auction during dinner.
