CANTON -- St. Lawrence County planners will soon discuss a site plan for a Dollar General store in Stockholm.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Oct. 8 at St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators Chamber.
The proposed store is 9,100 square feet and would be located in the hamlet of Winthrop near the former Key Bank on State Highway 11C.
A Dollar General is currently being constructed in Norwood. Dollar General recently opened stores in Waddington and Canton and Family Dollar built a store in DeKalb.
The meeting is open to the public.
