CANTON -- The Community Health Center of the North Country, 4 Commerce Lane, has created a new website with a way for patients to access their health information online from any location.
“The new website has allowed us to detail our services, as well as the experience of our clinicians, whereas previously visitors could only see a brief overview of the services for each site. Our new website has more photos, patients have access to important forms and useful documents, and of course, there is a link to our patient portal right on the homepage” said Director of Public Relations Makenzie Taylor.
The patient portal will also allow patients to request and view upcoming appointments, access and view lab results, request prescription refills, view their health record, receive education materials, view billing statements, update demographic information and view and request referrals.
“The new patient portal gives patients another way of communicating with our health center; it allows them to access their health information by the click of a button, instead of calling the health center for medication refills they now have the option to do this through the portal,” says Quality Measures Analyst Ciara Gonyeau.
