CANTON -- Community Bank N.A. recently presented Canton Park & Fountain Fund Committee with a $2,500 donation to assist with repairs for the Village Park fountain.
The project includes the replacement of paving stones adjacent to the fountain, the updating of pumps and tree beautification.
Canton’s Village Park hosts dozen of town events and activities throughout the year and is commonly viewed as the focal point of the community.
Fundraising for the project is ongoing and contributions to the Canton Park & Fountain Fund can be mailed at 17 Park St., Canton, N.Y. 13617.
