POTSDAM - Local artist Sara E. Lynch will teach other artists how to photograph their work well to advance their own arts business careers on May 17 at 3:30 p.m. in room 230, Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St.
The cost is $20 and participants are welcome to bring a sample piece of their artwork for practice that is under 8 inches in size in all directions.
Lynch has a successful online business selling her ceramic sculptures and mixed media artwork, as well as experience applying for grant funding.
She will teach artists the basics they need to know as well as reviewing the many pitfalls of photographing work.
