General manager George Lavigne and the Clarkson Inn
POTSDAM -- For the second consecutive year, the Clarkson Inn, 1 Main St., received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.
It honors hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.
Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor worldwide receive this award. Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.
The inn is a boutique hotel in a Victorian setting on the banks of the Raquette River.
"Our team of associates provides outstanding service to our guests on a daily basis," said Clarkson Inn General Manager George Lavigne. "This award is in recognition of their hard work and total commitment to excellence. As well, I thank all of our guests for showing their appreciation of our hospitality.
