CANTON -- To help a company focus on improving sales, CITEC Manufacturing & Technology Solutions will offer a “Business Development Tactics” Taste Test Workshops April 13 in Canton.
Rob Oram, CITEC’s Business Development Director and Sales Consultant, presents tips and tools during the two-hour session and guidance on developing an effective sales system to improve long term results.
“Sales is a process. The key is having a keen awareness of how prospects move through that process,” Oram noted. “Without that understanding, businesses face an uphill battle in being effective as they need to be when it comes to converting sales calls to profits.”
This session will examine the psychology of selling and understanding the perspectives of the buyer and seller.
