CANTON -- The Church and Community Program, 7 Main St., is competing in a $20,000 national food pantry holiday makeover campaign through Wal-Mart.
“The top 75 pantries receiving votes will receive $20,000,” said Raymond Crosby, program director.
The Canton group is currently ranked number 60, according to Crosby.
“Anyone can vote to help us out…voting ends December 12,” he said.
The non-profit program provides food, clothing and provides various forms of assistance to people in need.
Winners will be announced Dec. 15.
