CANTON – The After-Hours Clinic operated on weekends sand weeknights by Canton-Potsdam Hospital, is moving due to construction at the E.J. Noble Professional Building at 80 East Main St.
The clinic, staffed by Andy LaFrance, NP; Rachel Raven, NP; and Matthew Stock, PA is temporarily moving as of Jan. 25 to accommodate the renovations.
Patients should use the same lower parking lot, but will need to use the access door clearly marked to the right located near the rear of the building, hospital officials said..
LaFrance practices in collaboration with Raven to provide family primary care services to the Canton and surrounding communities. Patients may make an appointment by calling 261-5054.
Stock practices at Afterhours, the hospital’s walk-in clinic, which is open Monday-Friday, 4 p.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The Clinic handles all non-emergency primary care and patients do not need an appointment. Individuals with questions should call 386-3300.
