MASSENA -- Cable television station WNTS will be broadcast on Time Warner digital cable channel 1520 for testing on the Ogdensburg and Potsdam/Canton cable systems.

People in those areas wishing to see what the station’s programming is like can tune in between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily.
