CANTON –Arthur S. Garno, site coordinator for Building Performance Institute (BPI) recognized training, will offer a free informational presentation June 14 5 p.m. in Payson Hall Room 124 at SUNY Canton.
The session is geared towards those looking to become a BPI-accredited for construction projects that include energy efficiency measures.
BPI is a leading developer of technical standards, training and professional credentialing for home performance assessments, building envelope retrofits and HVAC system retrofits.
Only BPI-accredited contractors are eligible to participate in New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's Energy Star program.
