POTSDAM -- The Bicknell Corporation of Potsdam has made a substantial contribution to the Clarkson Fund at Clarkson University.
“I am proud of Clarkson’s national rankings and recognition as a progressive technological university, as evidenced by student achievement and the success of Clarkson alumni," said Robert Bicknell, president of The Bicknell Corporation and a 1971 Clarkson graduate.
"Clarkson’s efforts to encourage regional collaboration and to serve as an economic development catalyst have provided great benefits to our local communities and the region.”
“This gift to the Clarkson Fund is the result of a long and fruitful relationship between the Bicknell Corporation and the University,” said Clarkson University President Tony Collins. "Their support demonstrates a belief in the value of a Clarkson education. We are grateful for their generous gift and confidence in Clarkson’s vision as partners in our region."
