POTSDAM -- Nearly 100 people gathered for the Clarkson University Reh Center for Entrepreneurship’s second annual Entrepreneur Recognition dinner on campus April 27. The event recognized six individuals for their commitment to and support of entrepreneurship.

Thew, who competed in the 1993 Iditarod sled dog race from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska, told the audience that while preparing your plan, picture your end goal -- for him, “Think Nome” -- but advised when executing the plan, “Forget Nome and get to the first checkpoint.”
