CANTON — To support community connectedness, during County Government Month, the St. Lawrence County Youth Bureau, in partnership with the Sheriff’s Department invite local classrooms to attend Law Enforcement Day on Tuesday, April 30 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility parking lot at 17 Commerce Lane. Canine demonstrations, drone activities, and their emergency vehicles will be on display. The St. Lawrence County Emergency Services mobile command unit available. Jail tours offered at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. School districts, and teachers, can contact Rebekah Zuhlsdorf to schedule tour times by emailing rzuhlsdorf@stlawco.gov or calling the Youth Bureau at 315-379-9464.
