HAMMOND — A Hammond man was charged with assault following an alleged domestic dispute March 23, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Matthew P. Martin, 27, was charged with third-degree assault, officers said.
He was arraigned in Hammond court and released on his own recognizance, deputies said.
An order of protection was put in place in favor of the victim, deputies said.
