The trailer on an APC Paper Company transport buckled this morning near the Stewart’s at the intersection of Route 56 and Route 37 in Massena. The truck was reportedly headed to the APC paper mill in Norfolk. No injuries were reported. It is believed “broken rivets” caused the trailer to break. State police were at the scene.
