OGDENSBURG — City police said they charged 46-year old Timothy J. Dawley with drug possession following a traffic stop April 24 on Greene Street.
Dawley was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 2:40 p.m.
He was cited and released.
OGDENSBURG — A Brier Hill man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Canton Street April 24, according to city police.
Austin J. Barr, 29, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at3:59 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released.
OGDENSBURG — A Canton resident was charged with failure to stop before entering a roadway on State Street April 24, according to city police.
Xing Lin, 50, was cited for the above charge at 8:39 p.m. and issued a ticket returnable in city court in May, police said.
