HOPKINTON -- A St. Regis Falls man has been acquitted on multiple charges of alleged assault.
In January of 2023 Hendershot was charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Hendershot, who maintains his innocence, saw the charges acquitted in November following a jury trial, according to an attorney representing Hendershot
Judge Derek Champagne issued a sealing order of the charges, court documents show.
