OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg resident was charged with criminal trespassing Friday afternoon, according to state police.
Billy Jo Planty, 44, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing on Pickering Street at 1:33 a.m., police said.
She was cited and released.
