CANTON — An Ogdensburg man was charged with possessing drugs in jail Wednesday stemming from a complaint the day prior, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Patrick L. Martino, 44, was charged with first-degree possession of prison contraband, felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
He was found in possession of buprenorphine, deputies said.
Martino was arraigned in Canton court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail, officers said.
