OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was jailed on numerous felony charges, according to city police.
Dylan M. Hoover, 28, was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree menacing, second-degree strangulation and first-degree coercion, officers said.
He was arrested on Rosseel Street on April 19 at 1:08 p.m., police said.
Hoover was arraigned by Judge Lemay and ordered held in county jail on $10,000 bail, police said.
