OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was charged with a felony following a reported assault with a vehicle on July 15, according to state police.
Joshua R. Larock, 41, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, officers said.
He was also cited for using another vehicle without an interlock device and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
His arrest status was not known, police said.
