Arrested at 2:15 PM for Harassment 2nd (Physical Contact).  On 02/07/24 located at 5 Factory Street Apt. 7, Gouverneur the defendant pushed the victim to the ground and kicked him multiple times.  The Defendant was issued a criminal summons for Harassment 2nd (Physical Contact) and is to appear in the Gouverneur Town Court at a later date.

Defendant was observed operating a blue dodge pickup truck on West Main Street with an expired New York inspection sticker, further investigation revealed that the defendant was operating said vehicle on a suspended registration as there wasn't any insurance in effect. Defendant was also operating on a suspended New York State driver's license. Defendant was issued uniform traffic tickets with a Gouverneur Town Court date.

Arrested at 9:04 AM for Grand Larceny 4th (felony).  Defendant stole a 2004 Dodge Ram pick-up from the driveway of 122 Prospect Street in the Village of Gouverneur and went to the Town of Oswegatchie where he was placed under arrest.  Defendant was transported to the Gouverneur Police Department by the State Police and was issued an appearance ticket due to being a non-qualifying offense in New York State. Defendant was released with a Town of Gouverneur Court date.

Arrested at 2:41 PM for Harassment 2nd, and Acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17. On March 4th 2024 located on Johnstown Street Gouverneur  the defendant engaged in a physical altercation where he struck his neighbor multiple times, during this altercation the defendant then struck another person less than 17 years of age in their right shoulder. The defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

On March 4th, 2024 located on Johnstown Street the defendant engaged in a physical altercation with his neighbor, the defendant struck his neighbor multiple times with a closed fist. The defendant was arraigned before the Gouverneur Town Court and released under supervision of probation and given a return court date.

Arrest at 3:30 PM for Assault 2nd (felony), and Disorderly Conduct. On March 4th, 2024 a second incident occurred located on Johnstown Street where the defendant engaged in a physical altercation with his neighbor. The defendant and his neighbor continued this physical altercation into the roadway creating a public inconvenience to traffic. The defendant then grabbed a wood post during the altercation and struck the victim in their left arm causing the victim to suffer from a fractured ulna in that same arm. The defendant was arraigned before the Gouverneur Town Court and released under supervision of probation and given a return court date.
