The Potsdam siblings are enrolled in Head Start's home based program. Head Start is part of the St. Lawrence County Community Development Program. Head Start is accepting applications for children ages 3 and 4 by Dec. 1. This school readiness program offers centers throughout the county as well as a home visit program.
